Meeting #1 - 1/4/12

In attendance:  Laura, Alex, Jason, Trevor, Ryan, Cody

I)                   Meetings

-Once a week on campus; tentatively Thursdays @ 11.

-Topics for meetings include:

Packing for climbing trips, profiles on different kinds of climbing, climbing jargon, training tips, competition tips, climbing ethics, gear.

II)                To Do

-          Make e-plans for comps, meetings, and sandwhich board.

-          Possibly t-shirts?

-          Sponsors (bikram, ready set oats); but also larger corporations

-          Find a room with a projector

Jason: Schedule meetings

Trevor:  Look further into corporation sponsors

Cody: Type up and email out minutes

Alex:  e-plan and event funding

Ryan:  continue good work with putting resources on the blog

Laura:  Look into Slo op hosting clinics.
